The man and woman raise the right arm, the woman turns but the man.
He make the shuffle backward while she's doing forward.
The right arms are over the left and crossed.
On 23-24 we drop left hands and while the woman turns the man do the rock step and recover side by side position
On 29-32 counts, the woman do the rock steps while man is turning forward to find a new partner.
