5-6 Step forward on left, hold
7-8 1/2 turn left stepping back on right, 1/2 turn left stepping forward on left (6:00)
easy option:
To avoid the turn, make two short running steps right, left bending knees slightly

WALK, CLAP, WALK, CLAP, ROCKING CHAIR
1-2 Walk forward right, clap
3-4 Walk forward left, clap
5-6 Rock forward on right, recover back onto left
7-8 Rock back on right, recover onto left
