Section 2: Toe Touch Cross Steps, Kick Cross Turn

9-10 R toe touch out to R side; R cross step in front of L
11-12 L toe touch out to L side; L cross step in front of R
13-14 R kick diagonally forward; R toe cross over L
15-16 Unwind a 1/2 turn to L
